Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Driving sales strategy and revenue growth
- Managing client relationships directly
- Overseeing commercial negotiations and contracts
- Manage some of the existing customers and consolidating long-term relationships
- Prospect and capture new clients by identifying business opportunities across the salmon farming value chain
- Develop and execute consultative sales processes, aligning customer needs with Aquabyte’s technological solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, implementation, and post-sales support, collections, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Maintain updated administrative documentation and commercial reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Aquaculture Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A graduate degree is a plus
- Between +5 years experience in consultative sales, within the aquaculture industry is a plus
- Solid knowledge of salmon farming, feeding, production, and fish health processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at both executive and operational levels
- High intermediate to advanced English
- Based in Chile, with availability to travel to farming sites
- Class B driver's license and own transportation
