Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation.</span></p></div><h2><strong>Sr. Design Release Engineer, LV</strong></h2> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Supplier Project Management:</strong> Act as the primary technical point of contact for LV component and wire harness suppliers. You will evaluate supplier capabilities, review component specifications, guide them through technical roadblocks, and ensure they meet our rigorous automotive quality standards.</li> <li><strong>Design & Packaging Management:</strong> Oversee and review 2D wiring diagrams, schematics, and 3D harness routing. Ensure that low voltage components are packaged correctly within the vehicle architecture, adhering to best practices for grounding, shielding, strain relief, and thermal exposure.</li> <li><strong>Engineering Release Ownership:</strong> Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical parts. You will be responsible for creating, tracking, and executing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), while meticulously managing the complex electrical Bill of Materials (BOM) in our PLM system.</li> <li><strong>Project Timeline Execution:</strong> Develop and maintain aggressive, realistic project schedules for component delivery. You will identify critical path risks, proactively mitigate lead-time delays (especially for long-lead electrical components), and ensure parts are delivered on time to support breadboard testing, prototype builds, and production.</li> <li><strong>Internal Design Collaboration:</strong> Lead internal cross-functional design reviews.
