About the role We are looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator to help Credo employees and leaders address workplace concerns with care, fairness, and timely follow-through. You will handle assigned cases from intake and fact-gathering through a proposed resolution and documented closure, with leadership approval. You will also partner with leaders on clear performance improvement plans (PIPs).
