About your role
This position provides facilities and equipment sustaining support for Seeqc’s foundry. A successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance tasks designed to improve / sustain fab operation. Successful experienced candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong troubleshooting capability and exemplary “root cause” corrective skills and techniques. A successful candidate will also establish relationships across each team on the production floor to drive strong communication and collaboration. You will be working with other facilities and equipment engineers for facility systems including compressed air, purified water, HVAC, building infrastructure, and for equipment systems including lithography, thin film, CMP, etch, and other critical utilities that support efficient manufacturing operation
The experience you’ll need
· Three or more years of experience with plant utilities or with process tools.
· Work to maintain the facilities utilized by foundry or laboratory.
· Perform routine preventive maintenance.
· Perform Electro-mechanical root cause troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment or work with vendors to help troubleshoot issues.
· Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment according to operating manuals, schematics, blueprints, etc.
· Use monitoring, testing, and diagnostic equipment to perform facilities and equipment checks.
· Use data provided from equipment monitoring systems to troubleshoot or improve equipment availability.
· Experience working with process engineers to understand process-equipment interactions and limitations relative to operating specs is a plus.
· BS in Engineering disciplines
