Decarbonization is the process to reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon dioxide, from entering our atmosphere.
Electrification is the process of replacing fossil fuel appliances that run on gas or oil with all-electric upgrades for a cleaner way to power our lives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound interest from prospective installer partners —engaging leads, qualifying fit, and guiding them through early-stage sales conversations
Deliver clear, tailored pitches that highlight SPAN’s product value and installer program benefits
Run onboarding and activation calls for newly authorized partners
Support and enable existing installer partners to deepen their engagement and increase their SPAN sales volume
Track engagement, funnel conversion, and activation status in Salesforce
Regularly analyze pipeline and territory-level metrics to identify top opportunities and bottlenecks
Collaborate closely with leadership to align on strategic targets and local priorities
Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and contribute to team-level forecasting
Participate in key market visits (~3-6 days/month) to support field events, trade shows, trainings, or site visits
Contribute to team enablement efforts—sharing feedback, identifying blockers, and supporting continuous improvement
About You
You’re a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with contractors and small business owners. You’re curious and analytical, comfortable navigating a CRM and interpreting data to guide your actions. You thrive in a sales environment, value structure, and bring energy to your day-to-day work.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account development, or sales operations (ideally in solar, HVAC, or home services)
Strong verbal and written communication; able to deliver value-focused messaging across phone, email, and Zoom
Intermediate data skills: confident working in Google Sheets or Excel, filtering and analyzing Salesforce reports, and using insights to prioritize accounts
Organized and process-oriented: You can manage a high-volume pipeline without losing follow-through
Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and a fast learner on new sales systems or workflows
Willing and able to travel 3-6 days per month for in-market work
Team player with a proactive mindset and desire to grow in a high-performance sales team
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience in the solar, energy storage, or electrification ecosystem
Exposure to partner programs, installer training, or channel development
Prior experience working with or selling through distributors
Technical knowledge of the home electrification space
