The Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support our growing Finance and Operations teams. In this role you will work with leadership and a cross-functional team. You are a self-motivated and detail-oriented collaborator who can connect the numbers and metrics to SPAN’s core strategic & financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop and manage business intelligence solutions for SPAN.

  • Build reports and dashboards to show key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas and maintain them on an ongoing basis, including auto-generated weekly business and fleet performance reports and other trended key business inputs for SPAN management consumption.

  • Surface insights from multiple data sources to support complex financial and operational analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams whose members include Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, People, and Finance.

  • Act as a consulting resource for data architecture and data model creation across the enterprise.

  • Create and maintain documentation for the BI infrastructure that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization.

  • Provide recommendations to leadership on best practices and continual improvement in BI and systems landscape.
